Hello, I'm Alix, a freshman majoring in information science and minoring in astronomy at the University of Maryland College Park. Alongside being a full-time student, I also have a part-time job at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum as an Explainer, and I’m an avid astronomy lover as well. I am very passionate about the exploration and research of the universe, including our beautiful planet Earth. I love to learn and do projects and research. I hope to continue participating in more research during my time at UMD and beyond.
